Share your love of running or walking with someone you care about. Grab your partner, friend, family member, loved one, or even your pet and enjoy a special run/walk together. You can participate in this race as a team of two or as an individual. With a 5K, 14K and 21.1K distance options, the Heart and Sole Race has an event everyone will love!

The Heart & Sole Virtual Races can be run anytime between February 1st and the 28th. All registrants will receive a beautiful finisher medal with interchangeable charms for you to wear or to share.

Results will be posted within a few days on SpeedRiverTiming.com along with a link to your finisher's certificate. Include in the email,

which race you completed, the method you used to time and

measure your run/walk and, of course, your time.
